At a glance
Who we write for
Services
Web & Conversion
Copy that has to make someone act — on the page it's written for.
Content & SEO
Copy that compounds — it has to keep working after it's published.
Brand & Proof
Copy that becomes an owned asset other copy gets built from.
Why Covered Copywriting
Transparent by design
No discovery call required to find out what anything costs. Every one of the 21 packages carries a real price, a real inclusion list, and a real turnaround window, visible before you check out.
The work proves itself
Claiming "great writing" is worthless coming from a copywriter. Read this page. That's the pitch.
A named process, not a black box
Five named stages, real turnaround windows, and a defined number of revision rounds — "here's exactly what happens and when," not "trust us."
A structured agency
Seven specialist service lines, each with its own page, packages, and proof — not one blended "content services" offering.
∧ How a project runs
Draft to Press
Five stages, borrowed from print production, because it's still the most honest way to describe how a piece of writing gets made.
Brief
Scope, audience, and package confirmed at checkout. You'll fill in a short project brief — what the page or piece needs to do, who it's talking to, links to anything we should read first. This is the only thing we need from you before the writing starts.
Draft
We write the first draft inside the turnaround window stated on your package — most single pieces land in 5 business days; larger packages and retainers state their own window on the package card. You get a complete draft, not an outline to react to.
Proof
You review the draft and mark it up — literally send back a proof, the same term a printer uses. Comment directly, flag what's off, tell us what's already working. This is the stage the site's proof-red accent refers to; it's functional here, not decorative.
A SaaS homepage that described the product instead of moving anyone toward a trial
Scenario: a Series A SaaS company's homepage read like an internal spec sheet — every feature listed, no argument for why a visitor should sign up today. Approach: we rebuilt the page around a single question ("why switch now?"), cut the feature list to the five that mattered to the buying decision, and gave every section one job. What we'd measure: trial-start rate from homepage traffic, and time-on-page for the pricing link.

Common questions
No. Every package on this site has a published price, a stated turnaround, and a defined inclusion list. Add it to cart and check out directly. A quote conversation exists only for scope that doesn't match a package.
Because a hidden price is usually the first objection a buyer has, and it's ours to remove. Every package's price reflects real scope — you're not paying a "call tax" to find out what something costs.
It depends on the package — turnaround windows range from 5 business days (a single page or article) to 20 business days (a full brand narrative or white paper). Each package states its own window, confirmed again at checkout.
Yes, on defined terms. Cancelling before the Draft stage starts refunds any deposit in full; after drafting begins, work completed to date is billable and the remainder is refunded. Full terms are on the Refund Policy page.
