Everything we get asked, answered without a call.

Grouped into four sections. If your question isn't here, the contact page reaches a person, not a queue.

Working with us

No. Every package on this site has a published price, a stated turnaround, and a defined inclusion list. Add it to cart and check out directly. A quote conversation exists only for scope that doesn't match a package.

A person on our team, working from the brief you submit at checkout — not a pool of anonymous freelancers assigned at random. Larger engagements (retainers, brand narratives) stay with the same writer across the engagement so voice stays consistent.

Yes, during the Proof stage when you're reviewing the draft. We don't route every project through a discovery call up front, but you're never talking only to a form once a project's underway.

Yes. We're based in Columbus, but every deliverable ships as files — there's no reason the work has to be local. Most of our packages are built for remote delivery by default.

Pricing & payment

Because a hidden price is usually the first objection a buyer has, and it's ours to remove. Every package's price reflects real scope — you're not paying a "call tax" to find out what something costs.

A one-off project is paid once and delivers a finished piece. A retainer is billed monthly and delivers on a fixed cadence — a stated number of articles or newsletter issues every month — until you pause or cancel.

Yes, for the scope stated on the package. If your project needs more than the package includes — more pages, a longer sequence — we'll say so plainly before any extra cost applies, never as a surprise on the final invoice.

Checkout is a single page: contact details, billing details, a short project brief, payment, and a final review before you place the order. This build runs a demo payment step — no live card processing yet — clearly marked at that stage; a real payment method will be confirmed with you separately before work begins.

Process & delivery

It depends on the package — turnaround windows range from 5 business days (a single page or article) to 20 business days (a full brand narrative or white paper). Each package states its own window, confirmed again at checkout.

A completed project brief at checkout — what the piece needs to do, who it's talking to, and anything we should read first. That's the only thing required before drafting starts.

Most standard packages include 2 rounds; our largest packages include 3. The exact count is stated on every package card and reused as-is at the Revise stage.

You complete checkout, including the project brief. We confirm the brief and turnaround window, then move straight into the Draft stage — no separate kickoff call required unless you want one.

Rights & revisions

You do. Once final files are delivered at the Press stage, the copy is yours to use, edit, and publish without restriction.

Additional revision rounds beyond a package's included count can be added — we'll quote the cost before doing any extra work, never after.

Yes, on defined terms. Cancelling before the Draft stage starts refunds any deposit in full; after drafting begins, work completed to date is billable and the remainder is refunded. Full terms are on the Refund Policy page.

No, and we're wary of any agency that does — too much sits outside a writer's control (your offer, your traffic, your market). What we commit to is the writing itself: a stated turnaround, a stated revision count, and copy built around a specific, argued outcome.
