01 — Web & Conversion

Product copy that scales across a whole catalog without repeating itself.

Spec-sheet product pages don't sell the difference between similar items, and duplicated or thin listing copy quietly damages both SEO and conversion at scale. We write product and category copy priced by the pack — a known, fixed cost for a catalog of 10, 30, or 50+ items, not an hourly rate negotiated per SKU.

Who this is for

Who this is for

Who it's for

  • Ecommerce brands launching new SKUs without a writer on staff
  • Stores with a legacy catalog of thin, duplicated, or manufacturer-supplied descriptions
  • Teams that need category pages that don't read like spec sheets

When you need this

  • Product pages list features but never say why this one over the similar one
  • You copy-pasted manufacturer copy and now every listing sounds the same
  • A new product line is launching and the catalog needs descriptions before it does

What you get

  1. 01 Product descriptions written to the pack size you choose — 10, 30, or full catalog
  2. 02 A distinct angle per product, even within a similar product line
  3. 03 SEO-aware titles and meta descriptions for every product page in the pack
  4. 04 Category page copy that frames the range, not just lists what's in it (Catalogue Set)
  5. 05 A short style sheet so future SKUs you write in-house stay consistent

Sample project

A 40-SKU home goods catalog where every listing used the manufacturer's copy verbatim

Scenario: an ecommerce store's product pages were copy-pasted from supplier spec sheets — accurate, but identical to every other retailer selling the same items. Approach: we wrote each listing around a distinct use case or buying reason, varied structure across similar products so pages stopped reading like a template, and wrote 4 category pages to frame the collections. What we'd measure: organic impressions per product page and add-to-cart rate on rewritten listings.

What clients say

“Thirty product descriptions and not one of them reads like a template with the noun swapped. That's harder than it sounds.”

Frequently asked questions

Specs, dimensions, materials, and any existing copy are enough. Photos help us catch details specs miss, but they're not required.

Each one is written around its own use case or buying reason, not a shared template with swapped nouns — that's the actual difference between $600 for 10 pieces and search-engine-flagged duplicate content.

CSV for bulk import, or CMS-ready blocks if you're on Shopify, WooCommerce, or a similar platform — tell us which at the Brief stage.
